HANA-KOH Incense Cones

Regular price $18.00

Scent Description: Hana-Koh is a warm, heady blend of florals, woods and resins. The fragrant smoke is sweet and balsamic, delicate and floral, rich and woody with a touch of spice.

How to Use: Light the tip of the incense cone and blow out. Place on a non-flammable ceramic dish.  Each cone will burn for approximately 25 minutes.

More Info: Considered a high art form and a precursor to perfume, incense has been an integral part of daily life and ceremony in many cultures. Hana, translated, means "flower blossom" while koh translates to "incense". We make each incense cone by hand- grinding locally grown and ethically sourced plant materials, and turn them into an aromatic paste that we shape into cones to resemble mountain tops. Koh can help during meditation. In the morning, koh can assist with mental clarity and boost creativity; while in the evening koh can promote relaxation and feelings of calm.

Caution: Never leave burning incense unattended. Always burn incense in a well ventilated area. Keep out of reach, and away from children and pets. Always burn incense on a non-flammable ceramic dish and keep away from drafts and flammable materials. Before composting the ash, be sure to add water to your leftover incense to ensure that your incense is no longer burning. Avoid use if you are asthmatic or have any respiratory difficulties.

Ingredients: rose petals, sandalwood, myrrh, makko, aloeswood, benzoin and patchouli.
